G1 Trannis: the profile

From the minds of Navtej Heer and Joe Teanby, the profile of Warlord Trannis… G1 version!

Warlord Trannis was originally created for a text-only story of the G1 Marvel Uk comics.
Many years later, he became a full-fledged character for Transformers: Seeds Of Deception, and his original design was then featured in the comic adaptation of G1 Marvel UK: “The Middle Years.

Untold Marvels – “The Middle Years” (2)

The Untold Marvels series presents another page of the G1 Marvel Uk “The Middle Years” comic adaptation.

As war rages, some familiar faces join the battle: can you name them?

The original text story chronicled the events happening on Cybertron after the departure of the Ark and Nemesis spacecrafts (with their relative crews), 4 million years ago, leading up to the notorious Operation Volcano in the Target: 2006 saga.

Third Party Warbotron: “Warbot’s Rise”

From the artistic team of the Third Party Comics makers Lost Seeds, here are episodes #3-4-5 of the graphic novel featuring the five robots of Warbotron‘s project WB01.

It’s “Warbot’s Rise”, a non-Combaticons story showcasing Fierce Attack (non-Onslaught), Sly Strike (non-Swindle), Air Burst (non-Blast Off), Whirlwind (non-Vortex), Heavy Noisy (non-Brawl), plus five special guests from Warbotron’s WB03 project.

THE STORY SO FAR

In issues #1 and #2, sexy-archaeologist-with-government-connections Megan came into possession of an ancient arctifact known as The Key Of Life.
Soon after that, Megan was kidnapped by her own car, an off-road vehicle acting as though it possessed a mind of its own.
The vehicle forcefully led Megan to a hidden cave among uninhabited mountains, where four giant robots laid dormant.
The vehicle itself transformed into a giant robot who bullied Megan into using the Key Of Life to bring the other robots back to life.
Later, four of those robots appeared in the middle a nameless city, and started wreacking havoc, destroying buildings, killing people, and effortlessly taking down the army vehicles and air force planes sent to stop them.
The mindless carnage, though, was not a random act: those robots were carrying on a plan whose ultimate goal remained unknown…

…until now.

Third Party DAI Commander Stack in “Why Should I Deal With This Now?”

As some guessed, the double purpose of the Generations comics was gathering artists who could meet the requirements of professional comic-making, as well as displaying a portfolio of the art that these artistic team are capable of.
The early results of this enterprise were shown on this blog a few weeks ago; another one can be seen in this post, and more will possibly follow. Keep an eye on the upcoming KFC Transistors (not-Blaster), and the final piece of the first Warbotron Gestalt: one can never know what could suddenly show up!

Produced by Third Party KFC (Keith’s Fantasy Club) in 2014, DAI Commander Stack is an update Repaint of Citizen Stack.
As his color scheme suggests, he is also a homage to Delta Magnus, Diaclone Powered Convoy and Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus. The attached comic is a Repaint/Remold as well, featuring new lineart, new dialogue and a final “Mirrorverse” twist!

It’s “Why Should I Deal With This Now?”, also featuring Krank, Sky Pirates Sencho Barbossa and Haiku, Stax, Badbat, Haymaker, Mugan Vox and Overslay!

Untold Marvels – PDF collection – “Whatever Happened to the Cybertronians”

The Untold Marvels series presents the stories that bridge the original G1 Marvel comics and the latest Regeneration One series written by Simon Furman for IDW.

The main goal of this collected edition in PDF format is putting the G1 UK stories back into continuity, making them work with the “rules” set by Regeneration One.
Great adventures such as Time Wars and Target: 2006 simply cannot be abandoned and forgotten!

In previous episodes, Spanner, Macabre and Emirate Xaaron have interacted as they never did before with Unicron, Primus and each other.
Now it’s time for Ultra Magnus (Cybertron’s Greatest Hero) to step in on a cosmic chessboard controlled by Primus and Unicron… until “The Vanishing” comes!
In a not-so-distant future, the Last Autobot will tie up the threads of their untold adventure, thus explaining where the Cybertronians went during the Unicron Battle and setting the premise for the teeming planet seen in the Regeneration One books.
As a final bonus– Optimus Prime and Galvatron will reveal a major secret behind the birth of Rodimus Prime!

Collected episodes:
UK 261.1 – “WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE CYBERTRONIANS?” (parts 1-2-3-4-5)
US 80.1 – “THE NEVER ENDING ROAD”
US 96.1 – “PREDESTINED”

Wrath Of The Ages #5 – The Wrath of Grimlock!

Transformers: Seeds Of Deception presents act 1 of Wrath Of The Ages #5.

It’s the whys and wherefores of Grimlock’s resurrection! Who wanted that, and why. But most of all–will the Decepticon army be able to withstand an overcharged and quite pissed-off Grimlock?
